Welcome to PixelPilot.ae (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (T&C). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By signing a contract, making a payment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Services & Deliverables

  • We provide digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, content creation) as outlined in the project proposal/contract.
  • Client Responsibilities:
    • Provide accurate business information, branding assets, and access to required platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media accounts).
    • Timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays.
  • Agency Responsibilities:
    • Deliver services as per the agreed scope and timeline.
    • Maintain confidentiality of client data.

3. Payments & Fees

  • Pricing: All services are billed as per the signed proposal/contract.
  • Payment Terms:
    • Retainers: Monthly invoices due within [X] days (e.g., 7 days).
    • One-time Projects: 100% upfront
  • Late Payments: A 5% monthly late fee applies for overdue invoices.
  • Refunds: Refer to our Refund Policy (no refunds for work already delivered).

4. Cancellation & Termination

  • Client Cancellation:
    • Retainer clients must provide 30 days’ written notice.
    • No refunds for work already performed.
  • Agency Termination: We may terminate services for:
    • Non-payment, breach of contract, or unethical client requests.
    • Clients will be notified in writing with a 14-day grace period.

5. Intellectual Property (IP)

  • Client Ownership: Final deliverables (e.g., designs, reports) belong to the client upon full payment.
  • Agency Ownership:
    • Pre-existing templates, strategies, and tools remain our property.
    • We retain the right to display work in our portfolio (unless an NDA applies).

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • We adhere to UAE data protection laws and will not disclose client information to third parties without consent.
  • Clients grant us limited access to their accounts (e.g., Google Analytics) solely for service delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for:
    • Losses due to third-party platform changes (e.g., Google/Facebook algorithm updates).
    • Delays caused by client-side inaction (e.g., late approvals).
    • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).
  • Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the service in question.

8. Force Majeure

  • Neither party is liable for failures due to unforeseen events (e.g., pandemics, cyberattacks, government restrictions).

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Negotiation First: Any disputes must be discussed in good faith before legal action.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by UAE laws, with disputes settled in [Dubai/Abu Dhabi] courts.
