1. Service Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel or pause services by notifying us in writing (email to [info@pixelpilot.ae]).
No cancellations are permitted once work has begun or assets have been deployed (e.g., ad campaigns, content creation, or SEO work).
Partial refunds may be considered for prepaid retainers or unused services on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are only granted under the following conditions: Service Not Rendered – If payment was made but no work has started. Breach of Contract – If PixelPilot fails to deliver as per the agreed scope. Billing Errors – Duplicate charges or incorrect billing.

Service Not Rendered – If payment was made but no work has started.
Breach of Contract – If PixelPilot fails to deliver as per the agreed scope.
Billing Errors – Duplicate charges or incorrect billing.
Non-Refundable Services:
Customized services (e.g., strategy development, branding, campaign setups).
Completed work (e.g., delivered designs, ad creatives, reports).
Third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, software licenses, domain purchases).
3. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us first for revisions or adjustments.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.
All disputes will be reviewed fairly, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days.
5. Payment & Contract Terms
Retainer clients must provide 30 days’ notice before cancellation.
One-time projects require a 50% upfront deposit (non-refundable once work begins).
Chargebacks without prior communication will result in legal action and service termination.
