Due to the\u00a0<strong>customized and time-sensitive nature of our services<\/strong>, we have the following policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and service adjustments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Service Cancellation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clients may request to\u00a0<strong>cancel or pause services<\/strong>\u00a0by notifying us in writing (email to [<a href=\"https:\/\/mailto:support@pixelpilot.ae\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">info@pixelpilot.ae<\/a>]).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No cancellations<\/strong>\u00a0are permitted once work has\u00a0<strong>begun or assets have been deployed<\/strong>\u00a0(e.g., ad campaigns, content creation, or SEO work).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Partial refunds<\/strong>\u00a0may be considered for\u00a0<strong>prepaid retainers or unused services<\/strong>\u00a0on a case-by-case basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Refund Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:<br><strong>Service Not Rendered<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 If payment was made but no work has started.<br><strong>Breach of Contract<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 If PixelPilot fails to deliver as per the agreed scope.<br><strong>Billing Errors<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Duplicate charges or incorrect billing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Non-Refundable Services:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Customized services<\/strong>\u00a0(e.g., strategy development, branding, campaign setups).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Completed work<\/strong>\u00a0(e.g., delivered designs, ad creatives, reports).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Third-party costs<\/strong>\u00a0(e.g., ad spend, software licenses, domain purchases).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. <\/strong>Sale Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are unsatisfied with our service, we encourage you to\u00a0<strong>contact us first<\/strong>\u00a0for revisions or adjustments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund requests must be submitted\u00a0<strong>within 7 days<\/strong>\u00a0of service completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All disputes will be reviewed fairly, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed within\u00a0<strong>14 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Payment &amp; Contract Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Retainer clients<\/strong>\u00a0must provide\u00a0<strong>30 days\u2019 notice<\/strong>\u00a0before cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>One-time projects<\/strong>\u00a0require a\u00a0<strong>50% upfront deposit<\/strong>\u00a0(non-refundable once work begins).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chargebacks<\/strong>\u00a0without prior communication will result in\u00a0<strong>legal action and service termination<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
