Payments &amp; Fees<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pricing:<\/strong>\u00a0All services are billed as per the\u00a0<strong>signed proposal\/contract<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment Terms:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Retainers:<\/strong>\u00a0Monthly invoices due within [X] days (e.g., 7 days).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>One-time Projects:<\/strong>\u00a0100% upfront<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Late Payments:<\/strong>\u00a0A\u00a0<strong>5% monthly late fee<\/strong>\u00a0applies for overdue invoices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refunds:<\/strong>\u00a0Refer to our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pixelpilot.ae\/index.php\/refund_returns\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Refund Policy<\/a>\u00a0(no refunds for work already delivered).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Cancellation &amp; Termination<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Client Cancellation:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Retainer clients must provide\u00a0<strong>30 days\u2019 written notice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds for work already performed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agency Termination:<\/strong>\u00a0We may terminate services for:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Non-payment, breach of contract, or unethical client requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clients will be notified in writing with a\u00a0<strong>14-day grace period<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Intellectual Property (IP)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Client Ownership:<\/strong>\u00a0Final deliverables (e.g., designs, reports) belong to the client upon\u00a0<strong>full payment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agency Ownership:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pre-existing templates, strategies, and tools remain our property.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We retain the right to display work in our\u00a0<strong>portfolio<\/strong>\u00a0(unless an NDA applies).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Confidentiality &amp; Data Protection<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We adhere to\u00a0<strong>UAE data protection laws<\/strong>\u00a0and will not disclose client information to third parties without consent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clients grant us limited access to their accounts (e.g., Google Analytics) solely for service delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.
